Fairly clean hotel, very competent staff & absolutely perfect location in beautiful gardens. Brand-new, romantic unit with bathroom, a balcony, for example. The pool area is excellent too. Overall a very very good stay for three nights.

The rooms here are modern and spacious, each offering a terrace and balcony view - can't complain about that! And let's not forget about the breakfasts, they come with a stunning view 😊.

Excellent position, courteous and friendly staff, cleanliness and high quality food. Good size and spotless swimming pool.

Staff at the breakfast was not so kind, welcome and smily. The beach from the hotel was not that nice as on the pictures. You have just limited space for hotel guests with not good location and not good sea entrance. If you want to choose another deckchair you must pay for it. The hotel does not have gym as it is on the pictures.We came by car and the hotel parking cost us 25 Euro per day and the car was not even in the garage. They bring it dirty from dust and some old leaves. Check carefully the final bill. They charged us for dinner what we did not have 197 Euro and they were not able to show us the dinner bill what you must sign. After my complaining as I payed already at the reception the guy working there was not so friendly and even being impolite telling me why I told that that late. But he solved the problem.

Rooms come with a balcony 🌅. the location is stunning and amazing, just a 5-minute walk to Spiaggia Regina Elena beach 🏖️.

Wonderfully maintained iconic hotel.

The hotel is very nice,great rooms with balcon and vieuw over the sea,well equiped bathroom,every day new bedlinen,very good restaurant,eating outside by good weather,nice decoration inside ,friendly and helpfull staff,great beach and swimmingpool. If you like Italian Palace style ,you must go there!The Ligurian coast is very,very beautifull! We are going back next year!

The breakfast was very good except that you must pay for jambon,fresh orange juice etc, I think for the price you payed for the room it may be included!

Loved staying in the double room with a panoramic view and a really comfortable bed & pillows. the breakfasts were tasty and extraordinary, with options like English breakfast and fresh tomatoes.

Fabulous hotel, wonderful location, Freat for both romatic relaxing trips and for families. Expensive but worth every penny! Parcview rooms are more quiet than seaview rooms and have wonderful views to the Ligurian hillsides.

Every time I visit Santa Margherita Ligure, I always opt for this hotel. the rooms are brand new, and the staff at check-out are incredibly helpful and caring. - the hotel is centrally located. - I absolutely love the poolside restaurant at the hotel.
